Founded in the year 2018, Dignitat stands for dignity, dignity of labor and dignity of the poor.

Our aim is to help people who are in need tell their story and reach out to an audience who can connect and lend support.

Dignitat is a crowdfunding platform to help anyone raise funds for any cause. It is a platform where you can raise funds in cash and in kind. It also provides a platform for anyone to find blood donors and volunteers. Your contribution in any form, as a donor, volunteer or blood donor is extremely valuable and will help change the life of a person. It is an investment from your side to make this world a better place.

We strongly believe in dignity of the poor and dignity of labor. Every time you support a cause and contribute in kind, you are not only helping a needy but also helping a very small vendor sitting in a corner of a street trying to make both ends meet earn a living and live with dignity.

India faces a blood shortage of 3 million units every year. Many patients suffer from life threatening conditions and require blood transfusions through out their lives. Many a times due to road accidents or emergency operations there is an immediate need of blood supply and families do not know how to reach out to people and request to donate blood. Keeping this in mind, we started a platform where anyone can find blood donors. Tell us the blood type, address, venue, your name and we will reach out to blood donors registered with us. You can also sign up as a blood donor!

We also started Collection Box service. When cleaning up your closet or moving out, you find a lot of items you don’t need anymore. The best thing to do is give it away to someone who needs it. It is also a step towards being environment friendly by not discarding the items and clogging up our landfills. Tell us the number of items and the type of items you would like to give away along with your address. Our team will contact you to arrange for a pickup. It is as simple as that!

There is a lot that has been discussed in the recent times on cleanliness and infrastructure. We at Dignitat are trying to address this issue by cleanliness drives. We in association with various NGOs hire locals who have no homes and retire at night on the streets to clean up the area/streets/empty sites which are clogged up with all the waste discarded. This helps them earn a living and get a feeling of worth that comes from being able to provide for themselves. We along with the NGOs associated with us also spread awareness on cleanliness to the residents of that area.
